By accessing or using Eventstration — as an organizer, a staff member, or a guest registering for an event — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eventstration provides an event management platform including registration forms, public event pages, paid session ticketing, QR check-in, badge printing, content publishing and reporting. We may improve, update or modify features over time, always with the goal of making the service better.

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of the content they publish, the events they operate, and the data they collect from their guests. You agree to use the platform lawfully, not to disrupt its operation, and not to attempt to access other organizations’ data.

Paid plans and add-ons are billed through our payment provider at the rates published on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and can be managed or canceled at any time from the subscription page. Purchased add-on credits remain valid for the period stated at purchase.

For paid sessions, organizers set their own prices and collect payments through their connected payment account; Eventstration facilitates the checkout and ticketing flow.

We work hard to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Eventstration’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version is published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
